— Do not wash for the first 5 days
— Hand wash recommended
— Machine washable up to 30°C
— Spin up to 800 rpm
— Combining fabrics with contrasting underwear is prohibited
— Dry unfolded (horizontally)
— Iron at medium temperatures up to 140°C without direct contact of the pattern and iron.
— It is recommended to steam without direct contact of the pattern and steam.
— Dry cleaning is permitted.

Exchange refund

These rules are made in accordance with the provisions of the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 (hereinafter - the Act) and the RF Government Decree of 27.09.2007 N 612 "On Approval of the Rules of sale of goods by remote means" (hereinafter - Regulations).

Conditions of exchange

The exchange of goods of appropriate quality for similar goods of different color, size, style, etc. is not made at distance purchase.

The Buyer, has the right to return the goods in accordance with the conditions of return of goods of appropriate quality* and place a new order for a similar product in a different color, size, style, etc.

RETURN

Conditions for return of goods of proper quality*

According to the Law and the Regulation, it is possible to return the goods purchased remotely within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

In this case it is necessary to preserve its appearance, factory labels, stickers, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact of payment for this product (paragraph 1 of Art. 25 of the Law) and enclose a completed application for return with attachments.

Refunds are made to the bank card of the Client, from which the payment was made.

Customer pays for the delivery of the returned product himself.

When returning the goods, they must be carefully packed to exclude any possible damage during transportation.

Products may not be returned if:

- the product has been used,

- The consumer properties, tags and labels are not intact,

- The appearance of the product is damaged.

In these cases, the online store REFLECTION OF YOU has the right to refuse a return.

In the case of refusal of return on the above grounds, the shipment of goods to the Customer is made at the expense of the Client.
