  2. 2.The Certificate Owner (hereinafter referred to as the "Holder") has the right to use it in the manner and on the terms, provided for by these General Rules. 

  3. 3.The certificate has a flexible (non-fixed) denomination and can be topped up with any amount from 3 000.00 (three thousand) rubles up to 100 000.00 (one hundred thousand) rubles.  

  4. 4.Purchasing and/or using the Certificate constitutes full acceptance of these General rules. 

  5. 5.Acquisition of the Certificate is made in the section of the website www.reflectionofyou.ru "Gift Card / GIFT CARD" in the following order: 

  1. 1)select the design of the Certificate,  

  2. 2)specify: 

  • ✓nominal amount,  

  • ✓email address of the recipient (Holder),  

  • ✓message to recipient at will,  

  • ✓actual customer name,  

  • ✓email address and phone number of the actual buyer,  

  1. 3)click the Buy button,  

  2. 4)pay in the appropriate window to pay for the order. 

    1. 4.1.Payment The certificate can be produced by the methods specified for payment in the relevant section Shop. 

    2. 4.2.At purchase Certificate payment method "On receipt" is not possible. 

    3. 4.3.The certificate will sent to the Holder at the e-mail address specified in the order when paying, within 1 (one) business day. 

    4. 4.4.Certificate not may be paid for with another Certificate. 

  2. 5.The use of the Certificate (purchase/return of goods) is carried out in the following order:

  4. 7.The certificate is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

  6. 9.The certificate belongs to the Holder. The holder of the Certificate is responsible for its storage and use from the moment the Certificate is delivered to the Holder.  

  7. 10.The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility or delay in the delivery of the Certificate to the recipient if they are caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's area of responsibility, including number: 

  1. 1)faulty telecommunication lines/systems; 

  2. 2)delay in the transmission of information or data, or loss of information or data caused due to the circumstances specified in clause 10.1.; 

  3. 3)certificate holder data inaccuracy provided by the actual purchaser; 

  4. 4)Not delivering the Certificate to the specified email address or hitting of the corresponding e-mail message of the Store to spam or junk mail of the Holder. 

  1. 11.A certificate acquired illegally or in violation of these General Rules will be canceled or invalidated. The cost of such a Certificate is non-refundable. subject to.
